During early access, Slotory is completely free. We're building this with real studio owners, so early adopters get full access at no cost while we refine the product. Pricing will be simple and fair when we launch publicly — we'll always give early users the best deal.
None at all. If you can post on Instagram, you can set up Slotory. The guided setup walks you through everything — studio name, services, brand color, and your booking link — in about 20 minutes. No code, no configuration files, nothing complicated.
You set the deposit amount for each service — for example, £15 for a gel polish or £20 for BIAB. When a client books, they pay via card through Stripe (trusted by millions of businesses). The deposit goes directly to your connected bank account. If they no-show, you keep it.
Yes. You can add as many services as you like, each with its own name, duration, price, and deposit. Services are grouped into categories (Gel Polish, BIAB, Nail Art, etc.) so clients can find what they're looking for quickly. We'll be adding more studio types — lash, tufting, pottery — in the coming months.
Your data is always yours. You can export your bookings and client information at any time. We'll never hold your data hostage or make it difficult to leave. We believe if we're not the best option for your studio, you should be able to move on easily.
